Spring Start of Term Freeze
placing a freeze on operating system upgrades and replacement device installation requests during the first two weeks of the spring semester (Jan. 8-19) to prioritize support for the start of the semester and new hire devices. Requests for this type of support will be scheduled out after Jan. 19.
